Very polite owners and employees. Always a smile and a happy atmosphere there.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a helium balloon which for some reason burst when left in the car for an hour. I went back to the store and asked for a replacement. The store employees were very nice, although surprised that this happened, and they ended up replacing the balloon (because they said that this never happened before and they will make an exception). Family service and friendly. The Best sub maker in Stony creek, very good prices,delicious and clean. They have lots of balloons collection for all occasions . Almost everything they have at the store . Good job Sam

Great friendly family business

Owner/cashier was very rude and dismissive when addressed of some concernes by another costumer in front of me, then had the audacity to give the same attitude to me. Very disappointing & highly unprofessional, will not be returning ever.

Horrendous service

I was waiting for a ride in the area and decided to wait in this store. After a minute or two of waiting and wandering, the clerk barked at me: "What are you looking for, buddy?" I replied: "Oh, I'm just waiting for a ride, and I didn't want to wait outside." He said: "Well, I have things to do, and I can't watch you all day." Quite possibly the worst cashier I have ever encountered. Guess what? It's your job to watch me. Due to this incident, I will never shop at this or another J&S store.
