Breymark Homes began in 2006 when they recognized the need for a smaller custom home builder for people who were not looking for a production built home. The owners of Breymark Homes have been involved in the construction industry for many years and gained valuable experience before beginning the journey into the custom home building business.

Each of Breymark’s homes are one-of-a-kind, designed completely to suit the purchaser’s lifestyle. We take pride in working with each homeowner to transform their wish list into the tastefully designed home of their dreams, paying attention to detail throughout the design and building process to ensure they are completely satisfied when the keys are turned over.

Often people know what they want for their dream home, but they have trouble describing it. Their dream home is a vision, a concept and an idea, but it’s not concrete enough to articulate. A dream home is an imaginary home that meets all of our needs, is comfortable, luxurious and feels good. Unfortunately these imaginary homes are also greatly out of financial reach.

No matter how concrete your house plans are, Breymark takes the time to sit down with our clients to find out what their dream home should look like. We work together to plan and design your home, turning it from ‘dream’ to reality.

Most importantly, we create a plan that is affordable.

A fresh new townhome development in north Woodstock steps from the Sally Creek Golf Club. Tucked away on a quiet street, The Links is ideally located close to a variety of parks, the golf club and a recreation centre.

 I have never been through this process (purchasing a new home) before and from start to finish your company was a pleasure to work with. From an execution stand point Breymark Homes did an exceptional job ensuring all the contractors completed their task in a timely manner. We had a tight timeline to close before the end of November and I have to commend the site supervisor Jeff for all his hard work.
