Suggestion tips for ordering:
1. We are very proud to tell our customers that we serve daily fresh food and we do not use any msg. We only use local oulton's farm pork
2. Homemade ramen noodle is made from whole wheat flour and all purpose flour
3. Our meat broth is based on stewing hen supplied by local oultion's farm. We also use japanese style smoked fish (katsuobushi) for flavour. And the veggie broth is based on konbu (kelp) dashi.
4. Please finish the noodels ASAP, if you do not like them soggy (yes, they do get soggy)
